***SAMPLE MOCKS OF OUR IDEAS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AS A GUIDE***

I am needing a newsletter email template and full email newsletter landing page designed for a new portal. We have a current email template design in use but looking for something more streamlined and not image intensive. We are also wanting current full newsletter page redesigned. (screenshot of current email that we are sending out is attached IU-newsletter.jpg). This design is taking users to long to download in their emails

Streamline Email template Design: - Simple design that will decrease our current load time - Aesthetically pleasing to the eye (contemporary look) - Must contain these elements:
* maximum of 4 to 5 images within email with little to no scroll.
* forward to friend button/Unsubscribe Link
* Date
* Number of subscribers
* Todays Top Story (w/Image)
* Text Links to 5 "More News" stories (text link to view more stories) '
* 3 Upcoming Events With Image (text link to view more events)
* Large Button to view FULL Daily Buzz (this is the button we want people to click)

Email Landing Page Elements:
(View Attached File again..our current email being sent out will become the new landing page.) * We just want an updated look...same elements...just better looking. This page can be graphic intensive.

We are looking for a designer that is creative and intuitive. A designer that can offer suggestions. Once this project is completed, we will have a second project immediately after for our other website. We are looking for a quick turnaround.

What We Need:
1. Email template that we send to subscribers daily that will load fast and entice users to click button to view full newsletter via a web page(the landing page).
2. Landing Page with same elements as newsletter that is attached..just formatted better.

***No coding needed. We only need graphic files to supply to our developers. THIS IS DESIGN ONLY!
