- Mang nét đặt trưng, sáng tạo, thể hiện sự chuyển đổi số.
- Biểu tượng có tính duy nhất, không trùng lặp.
- Thiết kế hình ảnh có nội dung kỷ niệm 10 năm , có lồng ghép logo hoặc cải tiến logo.
- Biểu tượng thẩm mỹ, đơn giản, dễ nhớ.
- Màu sắc chủ đạo là màu xanh dương, trắng. Có thể phối thêm các màu khác nhưng không quá 4 màu.
