I need a fresh 2-D floor plan, with full dimensions, that will slip straight into the boundary I already have in the attached drawing—no shifts to the outer limits, please. The footprint is roughly 60 ft × 60 ft and I’ll be building G + 1, so both levels must coordinate. Here is what the layout must accommodate: three master suites, two kids’ suites, and one guest suite, each with an attached toilet; a welcoming lobby; dining area; kitchen; and a swimming pool. While the brief is detailed, I want the result to feel open, peaceful, and deeply connected to the surrounding greenery. Style priorities • Tropical is my first choice, but bring in contemporary touches where they heighten the design. • Material palette: a balanced mix of natural wood and stone alongside selective concrete and glass accents. • Living and dining zones should flow toward generous garden views and capture as much natural breeze as possible. Beyond those anchors, surprise me with creative circulation ideas, thoughtful furniture placement, and smart use of daylight. Simplicity is valued; resort-like ease and nature-living ambience are the goal. Immediate deliverable 1. A fully dimensioned 2-D architectural plan (ground and first floors) in PDF and editable CAD format, ready for structural coordination and local submission work. Please keep layers tidy, annotate room names and areas, and mark furniture to scale so I can visualise spatial flow. After we finalise the plan I’ll commission a separate milestone for the 3-D exterior and interior renders, so consider viewpoints and façade rhythm in your concept. Send any clarifying questions early—looking forward to seeing a uniquely tranquil yet functional farmhouse take shape.

Hi, I have a few questions just to clarify the design constraints before I begin: 1) Has the farmhouse plinth/foundation already been constructed? You specifically mentioned “no shifts to the outer limits, please,” so I want to understand whether the existing building footprint is physically fixed or whether the boundary is simply to be retained within the central area. 2) Do we have freedom to use the immediate areas around the existing farmhouse boundary for architectural elements such as covered/semi-covered verandahs, decks, pergolas, etc., or should everything remain strictly within the existing outer boundary? 3) Apart from retaining the existing site elements shown in the master plan (trees, water bodies, pathways, etc.), how much freedom do I have to modify the farmhouse itself? For example, can the internal planning and pool configuration be substantially reorganised as long as the other master-plan elements remain untouched?

Hi, pls check #17 I designed a refined G+1 farmhouse concept within the 60' × 60' planning envelope, featuring 3 master suites, 2 kids’ suites and 1 guest suite, all with private ensuites. The layout includes open living and dining areas, kitchen and service spaces, a pool, balconies, landscaped outdoor zones, and strong indoor–outdoor connections. The overall style combines tropical resort living with contemporary planning, natural materials, daylight and cross ventilation.
