Contest Brief

Looking for a design that will be placed on the front of a neon yellow-green shirt (no back design needed, front only).

The shirts will be produced using heat transfer vinyl so the image needs to be 3-4 solid colors. The colors can be layered if that adds to the appeal of the design.

The design is up to you, but we'd like it to have the saying "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" integrated into the design as this is for an 80's themed shirt. The design should be more 80's pop culture based with little or no soccer reference.

We are a girls soccer team so budget is small. $15 USD. Need individual PNG files for each layer of color.
