Contest Brief

As the owner of a welding business, I am seeking a talented designer to develop a logo that stands out. It's crucial that it reflects the industry and my emphasized colors - red (which I envision for the logo itself), silver (for the outline) and black (as complement).

My business name is Malcolm Engineering Solutions so it could also incorporate a capital “M”

Recognizing the answers I've provided about what I have in mind:

- The logo should incorporate imagery of welding tools and equipment. This is a must-have element as it's critical to demonstrating visually what the business does.
- I want the logo to be horizontally oriented. It will be used extensively on my black vehicle, and it's important it's easy to interpret and read whilst in motion.
- I prefer the style to be edgy and aggressive. I want to show potential consumers that the business is serious, fierce, and ready to tackle any task at hand.

Ideal candidates should have substantial experience creating logos that are not only visually impressive but represent brand identity faithfully. Knowledge of the welding industry and familiarity with the desired colors are great advantages. An understanding of how orientations work especially for vehicle branding, and ability to creatively implement the specified style are necessary skills.
