  I have passed both UK and US English Exam Lvl1, but my profile page is still 95% complete, claiming that I must pass "+ Pass the English Exam Level 1 (+5%)". I have contacted support but I am not sure they will resolve this issue before the deadline. Is anyone else affected by the same issue?

  This was a difficult contest to judge - there were lots of excellent profiles! Things we were looking for included quality of profile pic, quality of portfolio, whether the profile was payment-verified, number of exams taken and overall profile quality.

     File types: You'll need to provide your design in AI and EPS formats.
     Just a question, are the winners need to upload a format other than the JPG screenshot in the Design Handover ?
