The name of our company is BOROUGHCREST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CORP.
Our company will be providing PROPERTY MANAGEMENT services for real estates (residentials & commercials) using integrated systems software developed in-house. We would like a logo that is simple, UNIQUE, modern, yet shows strong presence. It must explicitly shows our service provided. NO houses nor building shall be integrated on the logo.
It needs to compliment on white or dark backgrounds since we need it on different media such as websites, fb page, calling cards, letterheads, company profile, & etc. thus we also need different versions.
It MUST HAVE these COLORS #8F384D and #EEEDED. The company will have all the intellectual property rights to the winning entry and must also submit PSD file format with at least 1920x1080 pixels in dimensions.

Dear Contest Holder, i just wanted to tell you to NOT be fooled by those who
only submited their design with MockUP template (especially 3D MockUP).
only judge the design with neutral background color (black/white).
otherwise your judgement is a skewed,
because 3D MockUP is just for show, its a form of a DESIGNER SCAM..
it's only a PHOTOSHOP EDITING.. it's gonna be different when you receive the original file

  most of the mockup designs aer just stock vectors, they deliver on mockups because they can hide the design, now just search image when u recieve on plane background you will find on google.
