I need a design for a crowd funding web site. The winning design will be original (no recycled templates), modern, clean and professional looking, with nice graphics. Similar web sites include [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. You can look at those sites for layout ideas. I don't expect you to design every page. What I want is a home page with some campaign showcase snippets (see example sites), a campaign page (for when someone clicks on a campaign), and at least one checkout page. So, at a minimum, 3 pages. Feel free to add another for good measure! Also, I would like a logo, but that is not necessary.
I have included a PNG file that I created by grabbing screenshots of some elements from random templates/web sites I've come across, and putting them together with some of my own additions. I don't fancy myself a very good designer, so I need your help. As for the mockup I uploaded, I really like the collage banner. So if you can recreate that, I will be impressed. The background for the testimonials section does not need to be as fancy (I have the source file for that, so if I want it in the end, I will just add it myself), so don't try to recreate it. I also like the color scheme. That said, I encourage your creativity. So no need to feel constrained so long as you can create something of similar quality.
The end product must be layered PSD files. I would like if you are able to convert your PSD designs to individual responsive HTML/CSS pages, but that is not necessary. If you can, then I will pay an additional $100. If you can't, but I choose your design, I will award you the $300 for the PSD files, and I will find someone else to convert them to pages for me.
Thanks and good luck!
If you're basically a web programmer with only average web "designer" skills, I will be able to tell. I prefer entries from those who focus primarily on "designing" web site templates. From my experience, I know for a fact that the best programmers are not good web designers. Please don't waste your time if you are not a creative web/graphic designer.
There have been some good entries. Thank you! I've uploaded a few more files for you to work with, if you choose to. The files are 1) the background for the testimonials section (well, at least the green city part of it), 2) the makeshift logo, and 3) a sample animated explainer video graphic (which I would like to see in the how it works section to the right, with a set of 1, 2, 3 step icons to the left). As for layout flow/order, I think I am in favor of banner, how it works, campaign showcase, what we do (optional), testimonials. A set of press icons can be added if you feel it enhances the presentation. Thanks again for all the good work.
