I studied Law at the University of Democritus, Thrace and in March 2019, I obtained my bachelor’s degree. During September 2019 until September 2020, I completed my practice as a trainee lawyer and I was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association, after successfully passing the Bar examinations of Cyprus Legal Counsel. Having completed my practice, I continued working at the same law firm as I was hired as a junior lawyer. During the years of practicing law, I have been involved in many areas including, among other, criminal, civil, corporate, family, and contract law. Some of my responsibilities included the preparation of contracts (negotiating, drafting and reviewing), advising clients in different aspects of law, drafting and review of legal documents, family law and legislation, legal research of different aspects and different jurisdictions, prepare resolutions, incorporation, preparation of Memorandum of Association and articles of Association of a legal entity, legal support for companies daily activity, liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other public authorities, organizing and attending client meetings, undertaking immigration issues, daily court appearances. Through executing all the above, I have acquired numerous skills including, among other, good time management and ability to meet deadlines, high attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, responsibility and professionalism, multitasking, problem solving, working independently but as a team player at the same time, work autonomously without supervision, strong client communication skills.
