As part of my daily duties, I am tasked to proofread medico-legal reports, type up documents from handwritten notes, and decipher doctors' handwriting in medical records. I have a reasonably quick typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail. If it's not perfect (or as close to perfect as humanly possible) it's not leaving my desk. Working in the timber, retail, manufacturing, and medico-legal industries over the past 20 years, I have found that admin is definitely my "thing". My most job satisfaction comes from knowing that I have made someone else's life easier by ensuring that processes run smoothly (as they should), that the t's have been crossed, and the i's have been dotted. Grammar ranks very high on my list of important things in the workplace (and in life, in general). Poor grammar reflects poorly on the person using it, regardless of their qualifications. If I can prevent that from happening by fixing a few mistakes here and there, I'm a happy camper :-) less

I do not use AI, never plagiarize, and never subcontract to other writers. I am known for my reliability and, if exceptional circumstances that may affect delivery on or before deadlines arise, I will communicate promptly if this is humanly possible. Prior to becoming a freelance writer, I was a business co-owner, marketing manager and strategist active in an agribusiness employing up to 100 people. In my current role, this allows me to write with particular confidence when covering business management, HRM, and marketing topics.
