The goal is to write a Java Wrapper for the libtorrent () API. This API is written in C++ and compiling it into a DLL is very easy. Now, what i want is somebody who can use JNI to write a Java wrapper to this DLL. That means no LINUX support and no OSX support required. There is an existing wrapper developed by Limewire. You can check out the code from their CVS directory. I don't like their wrapper for two reasons: it is under GPL and it adds an additional C++ layer on top of the LibTorrent library. What i need a is a wrapper that directly talk to the libtorrent library. I'm open to the scope of work and not all methods need to be wrapped. Ideally, all of them though.
