Then, after reading the QR, it shoulld validate certain pattern on the string. If the pattern is correct (it's a URL with a querystring), it should decode the querystring variable it in BASE 64. This should give a json. The variables of that json should be used to validate against a public webservice. After that, it should read the service response in order to give different messages to the user based on that response.
