My Cisco Firepower FPR-4110-K9 is due for a full software refresh and I need a Cisco-certified network-security specialist to guide me through it in real time. The immediate task is upgrading both ASA and ASDM; I don’t yet have the latest images or the necessary Cisco download privileges, so part of the engagement is helping me obtain (or using your own account to retrieve) those files through authorized channels only—no third-party sites. We will connect via screen-share, SSH, or direct console so you can walk me through each step, verify integrity, back up the current configuration, and perform the install with minimal downtime. Deep familiarity with the ASA code train on Firepower 4100 series hardware, version prerequisites, and ASDM setup is essential,...
I run a network that relies on a mix of Cisco FTD devices managed through FMC, Fortinet FortiGate units, and several Palo Alto firewalls. Day-to-day, I need hands-on help keeping our site-to-site VPN landscape healthy and expanding it whenever new locations come online. The core of the job is daily network security troubleshooting—tracking down dropped route-based or policy-based tunnels, fixing mis-timed Phase 2 proposals, untangling unexpected NAT behaviour, and dealing with the odd switching quirk that pops up when VLANs or trunks change. When everything is stable, I turn to creating new tunnels, building them end-to-end and documenting the exact CLI/GUI steps so the team can replicate your work later. I value engineers who already hold (or operate comfortably at) CCNP-...
Every workday I manually connect to our Cisco VPN, log in to QlikSense through Chrome, apply a few custom filters inside a bookmarked sheet, and pull two-three Excel reports into a fixed network folder. I want this entire routine converted into a reliable, unattended RPA job that kicks off first thing in the morning. Key points you’ll be automating: • Cisco VPN sign-in via standard username / password credentials • Launching Chrome and reaching the QlikSense portal • Navigating to the bookmarked report, applying the required custom filters/selections, and triggering the export • Saving each report as .xlsx to a specified path (same folder each run, overwriting yesterday’s files) • Closing the session cleanly I’m flexible ...
...tailored to switch data. 4. A brief hand-off guide that explains how to add future devices, adjust thresholds and maintain the system. Once everything is up and running smoothly, I’ll validate by confirming that simulated faults raise both an email and a dashboard alert, and that bandwidth, CPU and port data stream in near real-time. If you’ve deployed similar setups before, especially with Cisco, HP or MikroTik hardware, that context will help us hit the ground running....
...• Restore or improve network connectivity at the desktop, tracing issues back to the switch if required. We keep a full set of tools, spare parts and imaging gear on each site, so you will not be expected to bring your own kit—just your know-how and a positive attitude. Because much of the troubleshooting touches switching and cabling, I’m specifically looking for someone who already holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) credential. Additionally, candidates should have experience with ServiceNow, Imaging Tools, configuring and networking Wi-Fi printers, configuring Microsoft 365 tools, and performing OS installations. Engagement is strictly freelance and paid by the day. Most call-outs are planned at least 48 hours ahead, but the occasional shor...
...network refresh and I need practical, onsite support to get everything up and running smoothly. The work centres on Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls—full rack-and-stack, cabling, power-up, port patching, and console connections so I can finish the remote configuration later. While you are there, a quick round of basic troubleshooting on a few desktops, laptops, and printers will make sure the user floor keeps moving. You’ll work from clear rack diagrams and port maps, independently, with me available by phone for any clarifications. Experience in live environments is essential; the office must remain operational while gear is swapped. Deliverables on hand-off: • All Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls physically installed, powered, and reachable...
