I have migrated from WEBcs to Host gator. Host gator has assisted me with migrating the emails to the new server, but now they want me to change DNS pointing or MX records so the e-mails can be enabled at Host Gator. I checked the website where I had registered the domain, but it shows “We can't display your DNS information because your nameservers aren't managed by us” so I need you to check where to change my DNS records. I have two website and need to fix both.
My emails are going to junk folders i have very limited knowledge on fixing this. i have a domain hosted not on google but my emails set up through google work space. i have been told i need this added to my DNS SPF, DKIM And DMARC I would require this work done via team viewer as im not comfortable giving my passwords out

This was tested with other projects before and was always working fine. The first shop that we have is sending out the emails without issues, everything is landing inbox. The new shop with the exact same configuration does not send out any emails.
