The project: The book will consist of 101 thematic mazes, each maze must "tell" a little story to make it more engaging, for example: “help the cat get to its bed” at the beginning of the maze there should be a drawing of a cat and at the end its bed, the drawings will be simple but striking, in black and white so they can be colored to make it even more enjoyable for children. I am looking for an experienced freelancer to design a concept floorplan. My vision is a minimalist, beach-themed layout that is clean, airy and spacious, over 1,000 sq ft. The design should include the following: - Room dimensions - Wall placements - Furniture layouts - Bathrooms - Sauna Experience in CAD and architectural design is preferred, with a portfolio showcasing similar projects if possible. Understanding of minimalist and beach-related design elements is highly desirable. Applicants should have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate creativity, and be able to translate my vision into a practical, aesthetically pleasing floorplan.
