I need a skilled PHP developer to modify this script to effectively remove any single quotes from the data fields array prior to the import. Single quotes are my immediate need, however I would like to include some other non-standard non-english characters that are used in names, like ( á, é, í, ó, ú, ü, ñ, ¿ and ¡ <-(upside down exclamation mark)
