Our Prestashop store has 2 errors that we want to correct. 1 - Sometimes when customers are buying, they add the product to the shopping cart and when they go to step No. 2 of the purchase where they must add their address and shipping information, the shopping cart is automatically emptied and that causes customers do not continue with the purchase process. 2 - Does not allow modifying product categories or creating new categories. Hi, I created Prestashop website , however there are issues with timeout taking time to load products and general issues not major but annoying sometimes when customers place an order they do not receive emails to confirm order placed. Hola, el sitio esta en Prestashop 1.7.8.2 Tengo problemas con el botón de añadir al carrito. Problema 1: En la página de inicio no funciona y no hace nada cuando se le da clic para añadir al carrito. Esta es la página de inicio Problema 2: En la pagina de lista de productos al momento de hacer clic carga la ventana emergente, pero esta carga sin información, sin imagen y sin añadir al carrito. Puede ver el problema en esta página de categoría Adjunto imágenes en donde margo el problema, pero puede ingresar a los enlaces para verlo directamente.
