I have a server running and email send program called 'Sendstudio'. We have solicited emails lists that are being sent from the server. The software has two methods for sending 1. Using a raw PHP script which is slow 2. Activating a script via CRON method We have recently changed the send mechanism from 1 to 2, ie: Activated the CRON delivery. As soon as this happened, no emails are sent via the server. I contacted hosting admin and they assume me PORT 25 has not been disabled by them and also we are not blacklisted (Even if we were, some emails would go through). I utilize Sendstudio by Interspire and need someone who has worked with Sendstudio to do some customization.
