For each trait, I'd like there to be a red scale where he rates how much he's struggled in that area and a green scale where he rates how much success he's had in that area. I want him to be able to leave some blank if he wants to and then rank the traits he filled out in order of importance to him. Then, I want there to be export options to his church's CRM software, or just to his email, etc. If that's all the functionality, that would be okay, but a further vision is to have an algorithm match men based off their trait ratings, either because they both struggle a lot with the same issue, o...
