We have a form created with cforms plugin and when submitting we are getting error on form submission and we're not sure why. We need this fixed. Also there is 1 date picker with data format mm/dd/yyyy and we need it changed to dd/mm/yyyy
We have a contact form on each product page. On the email sent from the contact form it needs to show the url where the form was sent. We are using cforms as the plugin. Our current code does not link to the correct product. Looking for an expert in wordpress and javascript that fix this.

I have a custom form within a Wordpress installation ( made from customising cforms plugin ) It's working great but someone just completed it and missed out a couple of the sections on the form. There should and error message under the question title, asking the user to complete the question, as the user should be prevented from missing out sections. And, the form used to render in this block (see pic) but in recent updates, it stopped showing. I just need that plugin going again. #2. See that Angie's List banner floating. Within a wordpress project I am using cforms. Cforms itself works fine. Within the form I am using images, which is more attractive to the website user. The form works fine and there are two ways to see the results. On way is to call the database entries with the results, the other way is to receive admin emails, with the content of the form. Inside the emails you can see the html parts that I used to show the pictures. My problem, I want to remove all html parts in the email. All should be removed. Here is the issue. We are using a plugin to manage Contact form entries (cforms II form for WordPress), and another plugin to manage Registrations for WordPress (CIMY User fields). They store data very differently in separate tables. When someone submits to a Contact form, it is stored in the database using key/value pairs.
