I have a desktop File Manager Application ([url removed, login to view]) that automatically sorts files into folders by dragging the files into the folder. I have 3 new feature requests that need to be added plus I would like the icons changed.
1) Password Protect the Folder Option - ADD an icon in the GUI to set a password for the folder if user wants, HOWEVER must be able to still drag files in there without having to enter the password, ONLY need to enter a password to open the folder if this is set in the settings of the application.
2) Backup the folder - button to backup the folder. Create a compressed zip file of the entire folder and backup/copy to a location set by the user. The next time the user backs up the folder it needs to check the previous backup if present and only add the additional files that are now in the desktop folder.
3) GUI Update (add names in addition to icons File | Save | Refresh | Backup | Protect | Exit) and also remove the close button and add the min and max controls standard with an application interface.
Applciation called Desktop Intray ([url removed, login to view]) - full source code is available our company has its own NDA.
Please only bid if you are comfortable with these requirements and can provide daily updates to me on your progress. I will provide the icons for the GUI, as mentioned I would also like to have the features of the application as names at the top in addition to icons. i.e File | Save | Refresh | Backup | Protect | Exit and then as mentioned add the usual controls for maximizing, minimizing the application window.
