I’m ready to file for a Sidewalk Café License with Philadelphia L&I and need stamped site plans that will sail through review the first time. You must hold an active Pennsylvania design license—L&I will not accept unsealed drawings. Scope of work I have some older plans that capture the building footprint, but they were never laid out for the café concept. We’ll start by updating those sheets and adding any brand-new drawings that are missing. Every plan must clearly show: seating layout, accurate field-verified dimensions, pedestrian clearances, and all ADA accessibility notes the City asks for.
