To make that happen I need a complete blueprint package—detailed engineering drawings rather than a simple overview—showing exactly how to propel, steer, and recover a small test vehicle submerged in this highly viscous fluid. Rather than propellers, tracks, or wheels, I want the craft to move by exploiting buoyancy.
