I need to move roughly 10,000 alphanumeric records a week from a legacy database into our new cloud-based CRM while maintaining at least 99.8 % accuracy. Speed is important, yet data integrity is critical, so every step must be logged and verifiable. The workflow starts in Excel: you will clean, normalise and de-duplicate each weekly batch using advanced functions—pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and macros are the usual tools here. Once the data is spotless, you will prepare import-ready CSVs and load them into the CRM, either through its native wizard or via an SQL script if that proves faster and keeps the audit trail intact.
