Very weird problem I am investigating. Ch0 to Ch3 - everything is fine Ch4 to Ch11 - doesn’t function Ch12 to Ch15 - works fine, but their values are replicated to every 4th channel backwards; For example - Ch15 high (4095 adc) will show same value (or nearly the same) for Ch11 and Ch7. Ch14 will show same readings for Ch10 and Ch6. Ch13 will show same readings for Ch9 and Ch5. Ch12 will show same readings for Ch8 and Ch4. Help is appreciated.
This project is two fold as you look at the schematic- piezo and metal tank. The suggest is made of placing a second inductor across the primary of the transformer to improve the driver's efficiency . The value of the inductor is empirically picked to minimize power consumption (it offsets some of the capacitance of the piezo transducer. The optimization need to function with any piezo at the 63kHz range Also we consider a push/pull transformer arrangement driven by a similar microprocessor arranged input. This is typical of higher power ultrasonic drivers.
