I run a women’s-wear boutique that produces short kurtis as well as 2-piece and 3-piece kurti sets on a daily basis. To keep up with incoming orders I’m looking for a tailor who already owns reliable machines and brings 3–5 years of workshop or boutique experience. I need a bespoke floral pattern converted into a fully-digitised embroidery file that will stitch out cleanly on a commercial machine. The look must be bright and colourful rather than pastel or monochrome, with layered petals, leaves, and small accents that really pop once thread is laid down. I will supply a rough sketch and garment dimensions as soon as we start; you turn that into a production-ready file. Preferred formats are DST , though I can work with others if you note them upfront.
