Streamline the processes involved in your business to save time and money
I need someone who is skilled at creating digital forms from existing PDFS. My goal is to send this "Fillable Document" via attachment or on web to an individual and have them fill it out and sign it. I do not need Docusign. I need something like Formsite, Jotform, Google Forms or suggestions? I have attached the PDF form. I envision sending this form to many people to fill out, save and return to me completed.
Professional recruiter with United States experience/working US hours wanted to work on live projects on a contingency basis. This is a short term project initially, but will turn into a full time/long term position with a view to building out a team under the successful candidate.
