Three small projects in my kitchen and nearby walls need a capable set of hands: • Lift and replace the existing vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen. • Patch a few minor dents and nail holes, then repaint the affected wall areas so the finish blends cleanly. • Remove the damaged laminate on one kitchen cabinet door and bond a new laminate sheet with tidy edging. All core materials—new planks, matching paint, laminate sheet, adhesive, trim pieces—can be sourced by myself, and I can pick up anything else you specify. Space will be cleared before you arrive and the home will be empty To help me choose quickly, include a brief note on similar repair or install jobs you’ve handled; a couple of photos or a line about years in the trade is perfect.

The work required includes: 1. Furniture Layout Plan / Furniture Plan • Create a clear furniture layout based on the house floor plan. • Include placement of sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining table, TV units, rugs, lighting, and other key furniture items. • The layout should be practical, comfortable, and suitable for family use. 2. Furniture List • Provide a furniture list for each room. • Include suggested sizes, quantities, and style references. • Items should be available in the UAE / Abu Dhabi market or easy to source locally. 3. Interior and Exterior Color Recommendations • Suggest suitable colors for the house interior and exterior. • I prefer a light, bright, modern, and clean style. • Please include wall colors, accent colors, ...
