I already have the design modeled and saved as an OBJ file. I now need it turned into a high-quality physical silicone mould and, from that mould, a finished sculpture no larger than 30 cm in any dimension. Workflow I imagine • Prepare the OBJ for manufacturing (clean-up, parting lines, vents, etc.). • Produce an accurate master (3-D print or CNC) and create the silicone mould around it. • Cast the final piece in a suitable medium so the sculpture captures all the original detail. • Finish, cure, inspect, and ship the completed sculpture along with the reusable silicone mould.
