I need a production-ready digital model of a small polypropylene component that combines three features into one smooth, draft-friendly shape: • A 6-inch (≈152 mm) straight tube, 5 mm outer diameter • A 20 mm diameter ring fused to one tube end, coaxial and open through the centre • A spoon-shaped head on the opposite end, 15 mm × 20 mm, blended seamlessly into the tube with no sharp breaks My first run will be 3D printed, but I intend to move to injection molding later, so please keep wall thickness, shrinkage, flow, and basic draft in mind. Standard polypropylene tolerances are fine unless your experience suggests otherwise. You will receive reference photos after award; they must stay confidential. Deliverables • STEP and STL files that import cleanly into SolidWorks or Fusion 360 • A fully dimensioned 2D drawing showing overall sizes, nominal wall thicknesses, radii, and suggested draft angles • A short note confirming that all features, transitions, and fillets meet good practice for polypropylene molding and require no secondary surface finishing I will review the first iteration for proportions and request any tweaks before sign-off on the final files.
