Description: I need a mechanical CAD designer to create a 2×3 rotating tile module that functions like a multi‑tile fidget spinner. The clamp and mounting system are already complete — this project is only for the rotating tile assembly. The module must rotate as one complete unit, while each of the six numbered tiles must also rotate individually on their own pivot posts. This design will be 3D‑printed (Bambu Lab), so correct tolerances and print‑friendly geometry are important. Project Requirements 1. Full Module Rotation Entire 2×3 tile module rotates as a single unit Smooth rotation with proper clearance Central hub or bearing‑style geometry Outer frame/ring to support rotation Designed for PLA/PETG 0.3–0.4 mm clearance for rotation 2. Individual Tile Rotation Each tile must rotate independently inside the module. Tile Housing: Six circular or rounded-square pockets Central pivot post in each pocket Clearance for smooth rotation Dry‑erase friendly top surface Number area on each tile (1–6) Tile Discs: Outer disc: 50 mm diameter, ~3 mm thick Inner disc: 30 mm diameter, ~2.5 mm thick Raised rim Finger notch Detent bumps for alignment Designed for FDM printing Deliverables STL files (ready for Bambu Lab slicing) STEP files (for future editing) Source CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Onshape, etc.) Clean, watertight, manifold geometry All parts separated for printing: Full rotating module Six outer discs Six inner discs Ownership This project is work‑for‑hire. I retain full ownership of all CAD, STL, STEP, and design files. Designer waives all rights to reuse, resell, or redistribute the design. Ideal Designer Experience with rotating mechanisms Experience with snap‑fits and pivot posts Strong understanding of tolerances for PLA/PETG Mechanical engineering or product design background preferred Ability to deliver clean, manufacturable geometry Basically it's the picture but I want the each square to rotate
