Build me the 3D MODEL of a baroque building's facade

We need a detailed model of the façade of the attached Italian baroque building. We can provide photogrammetry 3D model made with drone pictures, detailed architectural CAD - 2D vector prospect, and in case also a Laser-scanned point-cloud. The model will be used to render 3D visuals for a projection mapping so it will need to be as optimized as possible for motion-graphics (Cinema4D) and real-time graphics (Unreal/Unity). All normals will have to be properly aligned, there should not be any UV overlapping, Polycount shall be low, different building parts should be separated as windows, columns, window mural frames, decorations, single bricks. Each one of these elements should be a separated mesh and grouped with different materials, in different colors. Each one of the single meshes should be a volumetric 3D object with closed polygons (e.g. each brick should be a a closed box). We will also need a proper UV map with correct proportions and texture. All the decorations will not have to be too detailed in the model but we can compensate that lack of detail in the texture. Please have a look at the screenshots and attached CAD file for reference.
