3D REVIT 2020 Project - family required for drop down panel with TV

Only 3D REVIT Project. Need to produce family as shown in attachment. when placed in ceiling it cuts the ceiling and adds the recess for the panel and tv. Must also be able to adjust the size depending on the TV size used.
This will include a 48" TV with an image on it showing a tv picture. Similar to what is shown in detailed attached.
