Hello, I need the following web service to be created. the web service will accept username, password and excel file. the web service must confirm that log-in is correct, once confirmed the web service must parse the data inside the excel file and write it into the MySQL database. Login will be confirmed from connection to MySQL DB. There will be 3 different excel files each excel have it's own structure. the structure must be detected and values must be read correctly from it, attached is 1 example of excel file.
