I am a commercial real estate broker looking for graphic design and web page creation. Here is the project:
Web Site -
Content rich site with the ability to link up with local MLS search engine sites. Must look very professional and appeal to high end investors. Flash would be a plus. I will provide content and you will create a modern, professional site that can be used for advertising and lead generation.
The Focus:
The primary focus of this site will be to advertise services and properties. IDX with a couple local intranets will be important. The goal will be to create a site investors go to when looking into Idaho and eastern Washington for their investments. A searchable site that will ultimately funnel leads and viewers to a contact page that can be filled out and give me the ability to make contact with the viewer. This will be a dynamic site that will give me the ability to input new listings and properties manually along with IDX inputing from a couple outside sources.
The Design:
This will be the most important. This site must stand apart from other real estate agents sites. Must be designed such that the end user feels they are working with an extremely technological savvy company. Very modern designs with ease of navigation. Black backgrounds or other colors that represent a modern professional feel are good. Site will need a site logo that is simple, professional, and easy to market along with the web site. No domain has been purchased yet, so this will be another area we are open for recommendations.
