Custom control for SSRS

We use Microsoft ReportViewer control for displaying SSRS reports in our ASP.NET website. We don't like default look and feel of parameters area and toolbar that come with ReportViewer. We need to develop custom controls for displaying and selecting report parameters and passing them back to report. We also need custom controls for actions from ReportViewer toolbar (print, export, etc.). The solution should be general so it could be used for both ASP.NET and WinForms. It should be able to automatically get all report parameters and display different controls based on parameter type and definition. There should be possibility to easily add our own design to it.
