Hi there... happy to do this conversion for you, and ready to start immediately.
I was a "late converter" to ASP.Net, though have been using it for around 7 years now and am expert in both VB.Net and C#. Prior to that I specialised in "classic" ASP and have continued to be involved in classic projects so am up to speed with both environments.
In order to undertake this ideally I would create a clone of your database (I have SQL 2008 server available for the purpose) and as requested would develop using VS2013.
The attached sample is useful and gives a flavour of what's involved. Clearly there are quite a number of options/filters etc involved and whilst I would test to the best of my ability I would ask you to do some parallel testing with the old reports to confirm all is working as expected.
As you're aware, .Net provides great features for code re-use and optimisation, and I'd incorporate some of these features in the restructuring, documenting the new pages through comments for you.
Although it's a while since I've worked through Freelancer, please check out my ratings and feedback; have been working long-term with one customer the past few years but my approach and commitment to quality, service and value remain just as high as they always were!
Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have at this stage,
Regards,
Derek Pattenson
