Delphi Expert for chat app development(repost)

**I require someone with prior experience in building Delphi Component based application.** I have an application which allows many users to simultaneously text and voice and video chat with each other. You will be required to build the WMS and WCF and its features as directed. *1. Must have in-depth undestanding of Clinet/Server/DB Development Expereince. *2.
