Address book importer for Yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail

I need a urgent application on .NET (VB syntax) to import address book from yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail. Anyone with a working solution will be preferred and a demo version will be highly appreciated. Pls PM with details. People without prior experience are not entertained. Right candidate will be selected based on prior experience/working solution and cost.
