Part 1: Need secure image upload utility Part 2: Set up secure, workable database for addresses and phone #'s, etc. Part 3: Need a fill-in form that will check database for prior/duplicate text entry, and display a popup window saying 'sorry - that info is already in our database' or similar. Needs to recognize both street address and phone numbers. If data is not already in database, they will be allowed to continue to the image upload utility, otherwise not. Form needs to have drop down menus for not only area code, but also street direction and type of street (i.e. '123 N. Main Blvd.' as opposed to '123 S. Main St.' This is $25 project if successful.
