-User Hireachy

Two Divisions

A & B

- One Super Admin for each

- Sub Admins (decided by super admin)

- Regular Users

- Super & Sub Admins can post to a statistics page on the website

I already figured that you can probably use an existing forum script and mod it to par.

This project must be done by Monday Morning. Payment will be strict to a completed product.

Its alot of stuff, But dont kid me, I know most of you programmers will use existing scripts to build this site.
