To complete this assignment you are required to complete a report of 1,500 words,

carrying out an individual but objective self-analysis to assess your relative strengths

and weaknesses in terms of the skills and abilities required in your current (or future)

role as a manager.

You will need to adopt an appropriate methodology and collect and present evidence

from a range of sources. These should include personal observation and reflection*,

diagnostic tools and frameworks and, importantly, feedback from other people in both

your personal and professional contexts.

The process of gathering and analysing personal data should be supported by the

application of models and frameworks of self-analysis. The content of your analysis

should be critically evaluated against relevant concepts and theories of self and

management development. Examples of models and theories that can be used to help

carry out such an analysis would include, but not restricted to, the following:
