This week’s discussion focuses on Case Study # 4 Blockbuster’s Challenges in the Video Rental Industry (pgs C45-C59 of your text. Take your time and read this case, Blockbuster is a wonderful model of constantly evolving strategic thinking and most importantly in executing winning strategies in response to the many challenges they face.
