Accounting help needed

Hi, Attached are 4 files. A Sample Project, and the other two were done based on Coutts bank. What we need to do is, based on Coutts bank, we need to find the "interest margin" of coutts growth rate and discount rate, and then compare it. general guidelines of the task also attached That is about it.
