Review Human Capital Measurement: Approaches, Issues, and Case Studies from the previous section with a particular focus on the case studies of the report. Compare and contrast the strategic human capital management plans between 2 of the case studies of your choice.
Begin by creating a report summarizing the content for each case study. Though some of the studies are lengthy, try to limit the summaries to no more than one page per company (i.e., be concise). The report should look professional. Consider making a template or header for the summaries.
The information should be discussed in a manner that is streamlined and would be easy for anyone to follow.
Following the summaries, compare and contrast the case studies.
Discuss what themes emerged across several of the case studies, as well as some unique strengths or weaknesses to individual case studies. Allow up to 3 pages for this analysis. Again, be concise.
In one page compare and contrast your firm’s strategic human capital management plan relative to the firms you just analyzed. See what you may be able to incorporate from your Learning Journal reflections in the past to your report. .
Be sure to draw a succinct conclusion or main “take away” for the audience, as well.
Your report will not be longer than 6 pages (reference page not included), double spaced, 12 point font, APA formatted citations and references.
