Project Description

I have recently successfully defended my PhD thesis and I am looking for help turning the 300+ page document into 1, 2 or 3 publishable journal articles. The content of the thesis is primarily centered around the Entrepreneurial Orienetation construct and involves the use and understanding of SPSS, Regression analysis, Mediation and Moderation analysis and other statistical concepts. Some targeted journals for the publishing of the paper in order of preference are Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, Small Business Management, Journal of Regional Development . It is expected that the successful candidate has some experience with these or similar journals and his/her work is up to the highest standards.

This project is to complete 1 of the desired 3 papers mentioned above, with the strong possibility of additional work dependent on the success of the first paper. While much of the content can be sourced directly from the existing thesis document, the successful candidate will also be required to critically examine and consider the literature, methods and findings. Examples of the sections that would be required include, introduction, literature review, hypothesis development, methodology, findings/results, discussion, implications, conclusion, graphs, charts, figures, tables, references. The paper should be about 7000 - 10000 words in total (the current thesis paper is 80000+ words).

Candidates should be comfortable with the current paper having read through as to have a grasp on the material and the expectations of the project. Success would entail a paper that is worthy of publication in one of the above mentioned journals. Thank you for your consideration of this project and I do hope we can form a mutually beneficial partnership.
