Accounting / CPA / Tax

We use a industry specific online system that has limited accounting functionality such as quickbooks. We need however the data to be sync'd and analyzed to the most appropriate accounting system without needless double entry. We are able to run reports of income statements, balance sheets etc. This job will entails mostly tax, auditing and appropriating numbers. Person needs to be well versed in MO and US tax laws. We are S corp with 8 employees. We do most of the bookkeeping work in house ie appropriating bills and balancing. We also do our own payroll in house using Medlin. Looking for person technologically savy in terms of skype- shared screens etc as most of our data is cloud based. We need timely accurate numbers and this person would also provide timely and effective tax advise and filings.
