Brief: I am a Independent contractor and I work from home. I need someone who can take all of my receipts, account transcripts, etc and get them up-to-day into a Accounting Software file like Quickbooks. This is preparations for filing my 2010 Taxes. I have not paid any taxes on income all year so I would like someone who is familiar with United States right-off's and credits for working from home so my Taxes due are at a minimum or even a possible return.
I will have you sign a NDA so my personal information cannot be shared since I will be providing you with private transcripts. It should be a very simple but time-consuming job for a accounting expert.
I will provide you with account history from Dec 20, 2009 to Dec 2010 for:
PayPal Income/Expense

Freelancer.com Income/Expense History
Bank Account History for Cash/Check Deposits
Work from Home Expenses
etc, etc...
Some transactions will be in multiple places. For instance scenario: "I completed a job on [login to view URL] or Freelancer.com and the payment (after fees) were transferred to PayPal. The money was then withdrawn from PayPal and Deposited as Cash into Bank Account."
I do not want to spend alot on this and the timeline is between now and December 30 to finish so you can take your time. I will deposit 2 milestone payments. 1 Deposited after you send me the Account Software file and I see progress on my computer. 2 Deposited after completion up to date.
