We require bookkeeping of premiums for an insurance agency and all activities related. Less than 20 transactions per day every day. Reconciliation of client payments accepted at our office, deposits made by agents to bank account, and withdrawals from insurance companies from our bank account. Very simple and it only requires a few hours per week, but need to be updated twice a week (Monday and Thursday). This is a long term project relationship and want someone that plans for the long time. Don't bid if you are not familiar with bookkeeping experience and you have poor communication skills. We will not pay in advance. Please quote me monthly price.
