Convert from MYOB to QuickBooks Pro

Our small company has used MYOB for sixteen years, along with FileMaker Pro
for our invoices. We wish to convert to QuickBooks Pro, convert our invoices, while
keeping our logo and same format, to be "on QuickBooks".
I am planning to purchase the QuickBooks Pro software and have a local person
do the conversion, unless you can demonstrate more skill and can do it next week.
We wish to start 2012 on QuickBooks, or run both simultaneously, as we are switching,
in late January, from an MYOB expert to a QuickBooks expert (although the current
bookkeeper can probably work with QuickBooks right for one month while training the
other bookkeeper, who DOES have QB experience).
